We operate and manage a maple syrup operation in Central Vermont. By today’s standards we are a small operation. This is by design. It allows us to make quality Maple Syrup with focus on maintaining a healthy forest and delivering quality/full flavor Maple Syrup. When processing the sap to syrup we do not process the sap in any way before it is delivered to the pans to begin boiling the sap into Maple Syrup. This allows full caramelization to take place, delivering full flavor Maple Syrup.
Using “Sustainable Practices” all wood for our wood fired arch comes from our Sugar Bush. With focus on a sustainable healthy forest for trees and wildlife.
